- Connect the main power to a single-phase power line of 230V-50Hz (Power is 2KW)
- Switch the main power ON (No.1)
- Cut the sample piece into a rectangular piece and tighten it under the clamp as shown in the picture. The sample holder has a grip on the upper side and also features a back support to restrict the sample piece from moving backward during milling.
- Set the spindle speed using the volume key on the speed indicator No.3
- Press Run key to start the rotation of spindle
- Press the vacuum key
- Using the two
- Using two handles, hold the sample support and move it in the X and Y directions easily to start the milling process.
- After you milled the first side of the sample, open the screws and turn the sample assembly to mill the other side.
- On the backside of the machine, there is a bin for the vacuum system that you need to make it empty in case it is filled. First open the upper clamp as below picture:
- Then remove the vacuum pump
- Open the lower clamp as picture below
- Now you can release the bin for cleaning
