One economic sample preparation method uses a manual milling machine and templates for different tensile samples. In this method, the customer needs to inform us about the sample types that are going to be produced with this machine, and we will provide templates for them.

TEMPCUT Sample Milling Machine is manually operated, and it’s an economical and popular machine to prepare plastic tensile specimens. TEMPCUT is an enclosed machine which includes integral motor speed adjustment.
The chip shield around the control head protects the area around the knife. The buttons on the front of the panel enable the operator to easily access the functions, while the emergency stop switch located on the machine cuts the power simultaneously in case of need.
