Description
Plastic material is filled in a cylinder and heated up to the standard temperature. The material then fills in a cold temperature cavity and suffers a sudden temperature reduction. The high and low temperature levels are as per customer’s request. After the quenching process, samples are put in an SS clamp in contact with chemical materials and defined climate conditions. After passing of conditioning time in chemical material, measurement of DSC-OIT (Oxidation induction time) will be done to check the effect of sudden cooling on plastic material properties like melting point and crystallinity and glass transition temperature.
