
1- First place machine on a rugged place
2- Check the machine bolts and nuts if everything is in place during shipment
3- check 4 nuts on screws of corners of moving plate to be in place. all 4 corners nuts need to be set in such a way that the moving plate comes to the surface of the test pallet as parallel.

Besides the leveling of the moving plate compared to the sample piece, those 4 nuts on the 4 corners of the plate are also for keeping the sphere of the loadcell in contact with the loadcell with no force between them.

4- assemble the arm for placing the monitor, keyboard and mouse

Just loosen the base holder screw and put the main arm in it. then tighten the screw.
5- Check the connections of linear encoders are connected. All linear wire encoders have a lable number, connect it to the same number on connector of main body.

Also connect the socket for Load cell and Remote hand key for up and down movement of moving plate.
6- Remote means manual hand key for up and down movement of moving plate.

7- Loosen the screw for movement of linear wire encoder to place it in proper place compare to the pallet under testing.

Loose the screw, move the encoder and tighten it again. to keep it tight in place.
8- Important note: When you stretch the wire of the encoder, don’t release it suddenly. Unless you damage the wire encoder. Always bring it to the origin point manually.

9- there are 4 screws for upper bending bars to be tight in place.

For the movement to proper place according to the size of pallet, just loosen these 2 screws for both ends of moving pressure bars, and when you have it in place. tighten these screws.
10- There are two limit switch setting screws for up and down side movement of moving plate.

Just loosen the screws, and move them to proper place to limit the travel of plate to up and downside movements.
11- There are magnets for putting them under the pallet for specified points of measurement.

put the key of the magnet in OFF mode to be able to move it to any proper point for measurement. Then make it ON again to attach it to the metal plate under the sample pallet.
12- There is a roller for each magnet for passing the wire of the encoder from that roller to connect the to the pallet to the proper interested place for displacement measurement.
13- There are two connector in the back side of the machine for connecting the other two wire encoders for them.

14- Make sure, there is grease on all 4 ballbearing on both sides of ball screws.

15. Use extension cords to connect wire encoders to the sample piece on the bottom surface in any requested place for displacement measurement.

16. Use holes on the under sample supports to pass the extension cords from the wire encoder to the magnet base roller, and then connect them to the sample piece.
